What is the best diet?

That’s actually something we can help identify through screening. A lot of food intolerance traces back to a weakened gut or leaky gut. Focus on rebuilding the GI tract first, and you might find foods you wrote off coming back on the table.
I have arthritis. Are there foods I should avoid?
What kind of exercise should I be doing?
Stretching. I can’t say it enough. Stretching helps the body release toxins and, when paired with movement, it genuinely reinvigorates the mind and body.
I feel too sick to exercise. What do I do?
Start with stretching, but if you are up for a bit more, add in steps. Most phones have a built-in step counter, all iPhones do. Just increase your daily steps gradually. Adrenal stress and other issues can make real exercise feel impossible, and that’s real. But as your health improves, your stamina comes back. When your body is struggling, small amounts of movement spread throughout the day will do more for you than one big push
