Honestly, it depends on your situation. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. What works great for one person can be a problem for another.

But that being said, the Mediterranean diet and Whole30 are both solid starting points. The most common mistake I see with any diet: not enough vegetables and too much meat. More veggies, less meat, almost always.

That’s actually something we can help identify through screening. A lot of food intolerance traces back to a weakened gut or leaky gut. Focus on rebuilding the GI tract first, and you might find foods you wrote off coming back on the table.

Start with cutting nightshades. That means tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, and potatoes. Nightshades can ramp up inflammation in the joints and digestive tract, so cutting them is usually the first move.

Stretching. I can’t say it enough. Stretching helps the body release toxins and, when paired with movement, it genuinely reinvigorates the mind and body.

Start with stretching, but if you are up for a bit more, add in steps. Most phones have a built-in step counter, all iPhones do. Just increase your daily steps gradually. Adrenal stress and other issues can make real exercise feel impossible, and that’s real. But as your health improves, your stamina comes back. When your body is struggling, small amounts of movement spread throughout the day will do more for you than one big push
