Advantage Greens: Take five pills at breakfast or lunch for prevention and treatment. You can split them between the first two meals of the day if desired.

Silver Advantage: 2 sprays in mouth at least twice a day. Increase to hourly when symptoms occur. Quickly inhale to get the silver into your lungs, this will help support the respiratory passage ways.

Vitamin C 1000 Plus: Take 2 capsules once daily. When symptoms occur increase to 2 capsules 3 times daily.
If digestive upset (diarrhea or nausea) occurs decrease to 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. - Xlear Rescue Nasal Spray: Use twice daily for nasal congestion treatment (1 squirt per nostril). Best for treatment of sinus infections. Safe for kids, but very intense. Use with caution and only if they have a sinus infection.
Zinc Plus Lozenges: Dissolve one lozenge in the mouth up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
