These provide me with a noticeable increase in energy so I like to split the dosage up and take 3 capsules after breakfast and 2 capsules after lunch.

As a mother of 3 who home schools, I am always on the run and don't always have the time to cook or make sure I am eating the best. I have a hard time getting my recommended daily value of greens in.
